Passwords

GalaxyWorks recommends employees change password regularly (e.g., every 6 months) and use best-practice for creating strong passwords. In addition, for any system or service where information about a customer may be exchanged or any system where customer data may be stored, use of Two-Factor Authentication is required. This excludes systems where SSH keys are required for access.
